Debbie Mann Consulting, Inc. provides full electrical design services for a number of different applications, including industrial facilities, power distribution, site lighting, roadway lighting, water/wastewater treatment facilities, and educational, medical and religious facility construction design. Safety is very important to us. We can assist in updating electrical system labeling and safety training to comply with the current requirements of the National Electric Code and the NFPA Electrical Safety in the Workplace Code.

We have extensive experience in providing power distribution solutions to meet increasingly stringent energy codes nationwide. We have also worked extensively with local energy codes and green design.

We provide full photometric modeling of indoor and outdoor spaces. We are in constant coordination with all other disciplines involved in a project in order to provide an efficient overall design.

Debbie Mann Consulting, Inc. provides comprehensive drawings — generally nine or more drawings, including fire alarm, for a typical two-story commercial facility.

Cost is always a concern and we never forget that. We try to constantly inform you as to what the cost implications of various alternatives will be and to provide you with more cost effective options.

Debbie Mann is currently licensed in the states of Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina and Georgia as well as being licensed with the NCEES, the national licensing service. Debbie Mann Consulting, Inc is a Women Owned Business Enterprise, listed with both the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis as well as being listed as a DBE with the State of Indiana.
