Substation B Replacement
Substation for Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis
Provided design documents and construction management for new gear
which handles utility transformer input of two 15 MVA transformers on
the Indiana University / Purdue University at Indianapolis campus.
Coordinated with the utility, IPL, to provide underground connections
from the utility transformers to the gear. Other design aspects of the
project included evaluation and modification of the grounding system,
walk-in enclosure, metering, sump pump, equipment testing, and the
removal of old equipment.

Toyota Motor Sales Yard Expansion
Site and Roadway Lighting for Norfolk Southern Corporation
Provided site lighting, including full photometric analysis, for a
large (17.2 acre) yard expansion for the Toyota Motor Sales railyard in
Lafayette.

Tate & Lyle - New Construction Projects
Industrial Facility for Tate & Lyle PLC
Provided internal and external lighting, power, and electrical
distribution plans for buildings 35, 45, and 46 at the Lafayette,
Indiana Tate & Lyle plant. Projects included working with codes
dealing with various hazardous locations and integrating the design
with previous design work done by the customer.

An ongoing project to investigate and document the power distribution
conditions for the Tate and Lyle Sagamore Parkway plant in Lafayette.

Unity Medical Center Site Expansion
Medical Facility for Schneider Corp.
Designed 2.3 acre addition to the site lighting of Unity Medical
Center's parking lot. Provided comprehensive site lighting design with
photometric layout, as well as lighting circuiting with consideration
for voltage drop and other conditions.

IU Kokomo Fire Alarm
Provided design documents for the upgrade of existing fire alarm system
for the IUK Main Building. Replaced three existing systems with a new
system covering the entire building in a manner that meets code in all

Health Center Generator Replacement
Genset for Indiana University
This project involved the replacement of the existing emergency
generator, which supported life safety only, with a new generator to
back-up the whole health center. We provided design documents and
construction management for the generator replacement, two new main
distribution panels, and two new closed transition/bypass isolation
transfer switches, required to bring the whole health center onto
generator power.

Porterfield Baptist Church
Church
Porterfield Baptist Church is a new 23,560 square foot facility located
in Little Hocking, Ohio. We provided full electrical design services
for the building, including electrical, lighting, and fire protection
design, as well as HVAC and plumbing in coordination with
sub-contractors. We provided complete design documents and
specifications, coordinating with the applicable utilities and the
kitchen designer.

Sunnyside Remodel/Expansion
Educational Facility for CC Engineering
Provided electrical engineering services for remodel and expansion of
Sunnyside Middle School in Lafayette, Indiana, including new power
infrastructure and emergency power for the remodel and a new 111,700
sq. ft. addition. Project included difficult coordination because the
building will continue to be occupied during construction.
